I don't really have a label for who I am.  I know most everyone who works at every one of my client's offices and most of them know me personally too.  Despite this closeness or maybe because of it, many clients affectionately refer to me with the labels associated with other  I.T. support companies.

That's okay.   I know they called on me for a reason.  Or more importantly, they called on me because they trust the work that I do will be superior to what others provide. I've even seen a home client or two stray occasionaly to those other I.T. support companies.  I won't repeat what they had to say about their experiences, suffice it to say, they are glad to be back under my support umbrella.
